Help homeowners make calmer, clearer decisions.
Arete Home Review turns home details, an inspection report, or a listing into a structured set of priorities: what matters now, what can wait, what to watch, and what can be ruled out. If you reach homeowners or buyers, the Arete Partner Program is a way to put that in front of the people who need it — and to earn on qualifying purchases once your application is approved.
The program is new and intentionally small. Applications are reviewed by a person, and program details are shared with approved partners.
Built for people who already have the homeowner's attention.
Home and DIY creators
Offer followers a practical tool that helps turn home information into priorities and next steps — something more durable than a single video or post, and useful long after they've watched it.
Real estate professionals
Give buyers and homeowners an additional educational decision-support resource before or after a transaction, without adding to your own advisory workload or making claims about condition.
Home inspectors
Give clients a way to organize and act on inspection findings — sequencing, planning context, and questions to ask — without replacing the inspection or your professional judgment.
Three steps, honestly described.
Apply
Tell us who you are, who you reach, and how you'd expect to share Arete. Every application is read by a person — there is no automated approval.
Receive partner materials
Approved partners receive approved brand assets, accurate claims you can use, and referral access. Program specifics are provided on approval.
Share and earn on qualifying purchases
Once approved and once referral tracking is in place for your account, you can earn commission on qualifying purchases. Commission rate, attribution window, and payout terms are provided to approved partners.
A judgment product, not a report generator.
What makes Arete worth putting your name next to is what it refuses to do as much as what it produces.
It decides what matters
Scattered home information becomes a short, ordered set of priorities — not a longer list. A short list is the point, and the report explains why each item earned its place.
It separates evidence from assumption
Facts, dated observations, assumptions, and unknowns are kept distinct. Where the evidence doesn't support a conclusion, the report says what's missing instead of guessing.
It produces something durable
Every purchase produces a structured PDF and a private living report the homeowner can work through over time, with optional seasonal check-ins.
What we ask of partners.
- Represent the product accurately, and avoid false or exaggerated claims about what a review can determine.
- Disclose affiliate or referral relationships wherever legally required — clearly and in the same place the recommendation appears.
- Never present Arete as an inspection, appraisal, warranty, engineering opinion, contractor estimate, or professional recommendation.
- No spam, deceptive advertising, misleading urgency, invented scarcity, or prohibited paid-search behavior.
- Use only approved brand assets and approved claims.
- Don't imply Arete certifies, endorses, vets, or guarantees your professional services.
Partners who don't meet these standards may be removed from the program. Full terms are provided to approved partners.

Partner program FAQ.
Who can apply?
The program is designed for home and DIY creators, real estate professionals, and home inspectors — people who already reach homeowners or buyers. If you're close to that but not exactly it, apply and tell us how you reach people. The commission side is currently open to creators only; licensed professionals are welcome as uncompensated partners. We are not opening the program to financial, mortgage, investment, or crypto partners, and that isn't a launch-phase simplification — it's a line we hold.
Is this an affiliate program?
Yes — at launch it's a referral and affiliate relationship. Approved partners can earn commission on qualifying purchases. It is not a certification, a directory, a contractor marketplace, or a reseller agreement.
How are commissions handled?
Current commission terms are provided to approved partners before any promotion begins. Gumroad handles affiliate-link attribution, commission calculation, and payouts under its platform rules. We'd rather give an approved partner the current terms than publish numbers here that may change.
Does Arete certify or endorse partners?
No. Participation is not an endorsement, certification, vetting, employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise, or guarantee of your professional services. Partners shouldn't describe themselves as Arete certified, approved, or vetted.
Can inspectors recommend Arete to clients?
Yes — as a way for clients to organize and act on inspection findings. It should never be presented as a substitute for the inspection or for your professional judgment, and any referral relationship should be disclosed where required.
Does Arete replace a home inspection?
No. Arete Home Review is informational homeowner guidance. It does not replace a home inspection, engineer, contractor, agent, attorney, or appraiser, and it is not a warranty or a contractor estimate.
When will applicants hear back?
Applications are reviewed manually, and the program is new. We can't promise a specific turnaround yet, and we'd rather not invent one. You'll hear from us at the email you provide.
Are promotional materials provided?
Approved partners receive approved brand assets and approved claims to use. Please don't create your own Arete branding or claims before that.
I'm a licensed agent or inspector. Can I accept referral compensation?
Not right now, and we'd rather be straight about why. Whether a licensee can accept a referral fee is governed by their brokerage, their state licensing rules, and their association's code of ethics — not by us. We could ask you to go and check. Instead we've kept licensed professionals out of the commission arrangement entirely, so nobody ends up holding a conflict on our account. You're still welcome as a partner: approved materials, approved claims, no commission. If that changes, we'll say so.
